Do you charge per creator or learner seat?

What happens if we run out mid-month?
Katie warns you first. At zero, paid work pauses until you top up at the same 1¢ a credit, by invoice. There are no overage bills.
Do unused credits roll over?

Can we pay yearly by invoice?
